Steel Toe Society Shipping Policy
Welcome to Steel Toe Society. We appreciate every order and work hard to get your gear packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within two to seven business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Many of our products are made-to-order through trusted production partners to reduce waste and maintain quality standards.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
Canada: five to twelve business days
United States: five to twelve business days
International: seven to twenty-one business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.
Please allow up to forty-eight hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Steel Toe Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery issues may be subject to the carrier’s policies and investigation procedures.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
We will work with you to make it right.
Customs and Import Fees
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on local regulations. These charges are not controlled by Steel Toe Society and are the responsibility of the customer.
